Osteopathy focuses on the biomechanics of the body, and concentrates on restoring health and function to areas of the body that have been injured or worn down through wear and tear. Typical conditions we may be able to help with include back pain (including neck pain), shoulder and other joint pain, migraines and headaches, arthritis and many other conditions. We also specialise in Cranial Osteopathy which may be helpful with paediatric conditions such as colic and glue ear. Our Osteopathic practice works from three locations: our main practice is situated in Penarth, and we have two satellite clinics at Vale Healthcare Ltd. Cardiff Bay, and Spire Hospital, Pentwyn.
