Our gym is exclusive with under 100 members, giving everyone that special touch, care and motivation that they need to accomplish their lifes goals. We work with all members of the population, all age groups, all fitness levels, and anyone in need of special programming such as rehabilitation in all areas, weight loss, and specific sports programs. At Stripes we take a holistic approach, looking at the individuals in terms of not just their bodies, but their mind, spirit and well being. Our owner and director has been a personal trainer for over 25 years, working with everyone from the very young to the very old. She is also a Holistic Therapist, Masseuse, Reflexologist, and also a Level 4 Reiki Teacher. At Stripes we have the "Tranquility Spa", where we offer not just to our members, but the general public an extensive range of holistic treatments to relax, invigorate and bring peace and wellness. Stripes is well worth a visit. We allow outside visitors to drop in for a nominal fee, and also offer treatments in the spa to the general public.
