The refreshment hall (cottage) is bed and breakfast but with all the facilities of self catering enjoy sumptuous breakfasts cooked by Colin, the proprietor, using local produce. whilst still having the opportunity to use the well appointed kitchen at the cottage for yourselves. In order to create the relaxing atmosphere our guests deserve, we do not accept pets or children under 12. For the comfort of all of our guests the station inside and out is totally non-smoking. The cottage is ideal for holiday visitors, wedding guests and business travellers alike who are looking for somewhere special and different to stay, with easy access to the A386 and A30. The Refreshment Hall is a 5 minute walk from the Tavistock Registry Office, The Town Hall and other venues where weddings are regularly held. The station has been awarded 5 Star Gold by Visit Britain and Best Restored Station by the National Railway Heritage Awards. The station offers ample parking

Breakfast: A full Devon breakfast is on offer with all produce locally sourced. Vegetarian option available if chef advised on booking

Rooms: We have 3 bedrooms, the ground floor bedroom and ensuite which has a walk in shower is suitable for people with limited ability.The 2 bedrooms upstairs are only rented together to friends or families as it is a shared bathroom, once again with walk in shower. Otherwise it is just 1 bedroom with bathroom on first floor.

Parking: There is ample free parking at the station which is entered through elecric gates

Wifi: Wifi is free to all our guests

Pets: I'm sorry we do not accept pets

Families: In the bed and breakfast we only take children over 12 years old.
