Student NUS Discount We can offer a 10% discount to students showing their NUS cards The Guest House is a friendly, family run business and is conveniently situated in the heart of Falmouth within walking distance to the shops, Maritime Museum, beaches and CUC Woodlane Campus. We have three double rooms all with new ensuite facilities.The Attic Room can accommodate an extra adult or child on a futon sofa bed and has a fabulous view of the Fal Estuary. The large Chinese Room has a king sized bed or twin beds and is furnished with interesting Asian cabinets and lamps. The ground floor double, although smaller than the others has a nautical theme and is perfect for one or two persons sharing. All rooms are fully equipped with flat screen tv/dvd's, free wifi, hairdryers and hot drink making facilities. We cater for most dietary needs and the breakfast menu has a choice of delicious breakfasts with food sourced locallly where possible.
