Discover the stories of racing from its early royal origins in Newmarket to its modern day heroes; featuring the horses, people, events and scandals that made it so colourful. Find out what life is like as a jockey, stable lad or trainer straight from the horses mouth. The practical gallery is staffed by retired jockeys and offers a fantastic opportunity to have a ride on a racehorse simulator. Open everyday, 1st March to 31st October 2010, 11.00am to 4.30pm (Last admission at 4pm). 10am on Newmarket racedays.
