The Rafters
The Rafters Skipton is a modern day Café and Bistro. the Cafe is on the ground floor and a Bistro by night up stairs. The Cafe serves tea, coffee, soup, sandwiches and light lunches, along with our homemade cakes and scones. The Bistro serves a mix of both British and European cuisine with strong French influences. We use seasonal local produce where possible and the dishes are cooked to order by our talented and creative chef Karl Knapp. Karl has some 20 years experience in the business, applying his trade in London and the South of France, all of which have contributed to his style of cooking.
