The Roses theatre is a friendly, thriving arts centre in the market town of Tewkesbury, catering for both for the local community and for visitors from further afield. The wide ranging live entertainment spans stand-up comedy and dance through to music and drama. The Roses also offers a prestigious film programme which provides the very best in world, independent and UK film, an active outreach department (Take Part @ The Roses) and a youth theatre filled to the brim with budding local talent! In addition to the 370 seat auditorium, the theatre boasts a relaxing café bar, where pre-show and interval drinks can be taken and where evenings of acoustic music, jazz, folk and comedy can be enjoyed. Each year, the theatre produces a hugely successful family pantomime, adored by adults and children alike.
