Prices at Townend Farm Bed and Breakfast Saltburn by the Sea from £37.50 pppn Townend Farm is a 4* silver award winning Sandstone Farmhouse B & B located in the North York Moors National Park , with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We offer ample free parking and secure storage for motorcylcles/bicycles. All rooms are tastefully decorated to an excellent standard with en-suite facilities with showers,Hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, Flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and Free View ,bath robes and towels are also provided for you comfort and many other finishing touches to ensure your stay is as like home from home. Close to Grinkle Park hotel we are perfect for guests attending weddings or functions being just 2.5 miles door to door. A short drive will take you to Whitby ,Staithes, Runswick Bay and Saltburn. For walkers we are on the Cleveland Way and so are in great location for exploring the area. Card payments are accepted and reservations can be made online or by telephone 01287 640444.

Breakfast: We use succulent thick cumberland sausages sourced from our local butcher, thick juicy bacon and great quality black pudding on our Full English Breakfast , with freshly laid eggs from our very own hens. Fruit, Yoghurt, an array of cereals and fruit juice is available every morning along with Tea and Coffee and toast with a selection of preserves. All special diets can be catered for just let us know in advance and we will do our utmost to oblige.

Rooms: All of our rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with double or twin beds and are all ensuite with modern shower and a selection of toiletries are provided. Hairdryers, Bathrobes, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities are provided with fresh milk. Our wallmounted TV's have free view and an integrated DVD , so feel free to bring your favourites.

Parking: We have ample free parking right outside our door in our private car park and secure storage for motorcycles or bicycles.

Wifi: Free WIFI is available with the password with in the B & B .

Pets: I am sorry but we do not accept pets .

Families: Townend Farm is a friendly family run Bed and Breakfast with family accommodation available, Children love to watch the chicken, ducks and geese in the Field and in the summer are welcome to have a wander. We are opposite the lovely Tiger Inn pub which welcomes families for traditional homecooked meals, they also have a playground and beer garden. Families enjoy the location of Townend Farm due to the closeness of the beaches of Staithes, Runswick bay, Skinningrove and Saltburn.

Disabled Facilities: We do not have disables facilities due to the location of the bedrooms being up 2 flights of stairs however for any other disabilities please have a look at our access statement on our website.
