ZOKU Shotokan Karate (Baldock)
Teaching traditional Shotokan Karate to adults and children from 5 years old. Instructors are Sensei Sarah Fullarton 5th Dan and Sensei George Fullarton 5th Dan. Instructors have CRB Enhanced Disclosure Police Check, First Aid Qualification, Full Insurance and Instructors Qualification. All documents can be seen. Great reputation among the community and local schools. Male and female instructors and gradings available every 3 months. Lessons: Tuesday's 6-7pm Thursday's: 6-7pm Sunday's: 5-6pm Special Tiger Tots Programme for 5 year olds Thursdays 5.30-6.00pm
