All rooms have DVD TVs and multi channel flat screens. 10 mins walk from bus and train stations.

Breakfast: Full English breakfast 8-30 t0 9-30 in a very pleasant dining room. Brand name cereals, not substitutes, grapefruit, yogurt,orange juice and fruit. Eggs, bacon, sausages,tomatoes and baked beans. toast and butter, marmalade, and jams. cafetiere Coffee and selection of Teas.

Rooms: Rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished, and en suite with quality bedding.

Parking: Parking is FREE and on site in our residents car park. also free street parking.

Wifi: we offer WiFi connection

Pets: Dogs are very welcome by prior arrangement. must be house trained and well behaved. "Biskit" our Tibetan terrier lives here and loves meeting new friends. Park 30 yards, great for exercising dogs and grass area outside main door.

Families: Room 7, en suite with fabulous views of Newquay bay. Double bed and set of bunks, sleeps 4. Room 4, en suite, first floor, Double bed and single bed, sleeps 3 with room foa a trevel cot or a Z bed.

Disabled Facilities: Sorry no rooms on the ground floor. 3 steps to entrance. 17 steps to first floor bedrooms.
